European guidelines and national guidelines for sustainable water and wastewater management and for reed bed treatment systems in tourism facilities for the involved countries will be prepared. They shall be developed in an open discussion process involving EU and national authorities and experts from universities and other responsible institutions.

Through this discussion process, the needs and constraints of each group involved shall be taken into consideration from the beginning in order to gain a wide support for the implementation of the guidelines.
